Bruce M. King, LLM

Bruce King is Principal Lawyer of the firm and has practised in Melbourne for more than 40 years, acting in several reported cases. He holds the degree of Master of Laws from Monash University and is the author of a number of published articles.

Bruce has been a Visiting Instructor in the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute for more than 30 years, and is an approved mediator with the Law Institute of Victoria.

Carolyn King, LLB, MEd, BA

Carolyn King is an Associate Lawyer with Kirby & Co. In addition to her Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, Carolyn also holds a Masters of Education degree by Research and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. She is a former Executive Officer of the Forensic Leave Panel and also of an education peak body.

Carolyn has a wealth of experience and expertise in educational issues, and practical experience in educational mediation. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
